Prior to engaging in a video session, please check your device’s webcam and microphone and run this diagnostic tool. If you discover any technical difficulties during this technical test, please contact our dedicated support center for troubleshooting assistance.

Supported Mobile Devices:

While the eTeki platform and native mobile apps are designed to work on most mobile devices, the #SmarterInterview tools function best on laptops and desktop computers. Connecting to a video interview by smartphone or tablet is discouraged, as some interviews may require functionality only available on a larger screen.
